Most agency pitches in India sound the same after a while. Reach, impressions, engagement, “we’ll grow your presence.” Fine. But if you run a business, you probably already know that none of those words show up on your P&L (Profit and Loss).
Admardi is one of the few agencies I’ve come across that leads with the P&L part first.
We are based in Mohali, work with brands across Chandigarh and Tricity, and have clients all over India. The pitch is simple: stop paying for clicks that don’t convert. It’s written right at the top of their homepage, and the whole business is built around it.
A quick note on what makes them different
The team themselves says it best on their site. Anyone can run ads. Anyone can post content. Anyone can build a website. The thing we claim to do differently is actually care about the brand we’re working with. Feel it, live it, maybe obsess over it a little too much. The language is a bit intense, but after reading the rest of the site, it tracks.
Their mission is to combine data, AI, creativity, and human insight into marketing that delivers visibility, authority, and real business growth from end to end. The vision goes bigger: AI-driven and human-powered marketing that helps brands dominate their industry instead of just existing in it.
That second line is a lot. But look at the clients we’ve worked with and it isn’t idle talk.

About the founder
Admardi was founded by Poonam Sheoran. Her focus from day one has been business growth, strong collaborations, better brand visibility, and turning marketing into actual revenue rather than noise. She describes onboarding a brand as an investment, not an expense. Which sounds like something every agency owner says, except in Poonam’s case the whole structure of the agency is set up around not disappearing after the contract is signed. If you’ve ever been ghosted by a marketing agency three weeks into a retainer, you know how rare that is.
More on the founder and the company philosophy is on their about page.
What We actually do
Admardi covers most of what a digital marketing company would offer, but the way the services connect to each other is where it gets interesting.
For websites, We do design, WordPress, e-commerce, and custom builds. This is where a lot of ad spend gets wasted, honestly. You can run the best campaign in the world and still bleed money if the landing page looks like it was built in 2014.
Creative media is videography, product shoots, music promotion, and podcast shoots. Useful if you need the raw assets and not just the campaigns.
Their PPC work covers Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, and e-commerce conversion ads. This is where the performance marketing side really shows up. One of their clients, Suman, said they were already spending on ads but not getting results. The team reworked everything, got better leads at a lower cost, and kept optimising instead of setting the campaigns once and walking away. That last part is the thing most agencies skip.
Content marketing runs across blog writing, copywriting, scriptwriting, and social media content. The SEO work covers on-page, off-page, local, and e-commerce SEO. Another client, Aarti, said she went in with low expectations because past SEO work had done nothing. A few months in, the rankings had moved and she was getting real inquiries. What she called out specifically was that the team actually explained what they were doing. Which should be the baseline for any SEO service, but somehow isn’t.
For social media marketing, we handle Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and influencer campaigns. Gagan Gupta, another client, mentioned his social presence used to be inconsistent and a bit dull. After the team took it on, the content started to feel like him, and the engagement followed. Shares, comments, DMs. Not forced.
How the work actually gets done
We use a three-step process that sounds simpler than it is: Connect, Strategize, Optimize.
Connect is the discovery conversation. Who you are, what you sell, who your customer is, what you’re trying to pull off. Strategise is where we put together the mix of services for your goals. Optimize is the ongoing bit, where we monitor the numbers, share clean reports, and keep adjusting.
Nothing revolutionary in the steps themselves. The difference is that most agencies claim to do all three and only really do the first two.
Why this matters if you care about ROI
A few things stand out when you compare Admardi to other agencies in the same bracket.
Pricing is one. Our position is that we deliver work usually priced at bigger-agency rates, but at prices small and mid-size brands can actually afford. Fully transparent, nothing hidden. For founders who’ve been quoted lakhs for a logo refresh and a few Instagram tiles, that alone is a reason to talk to them.
The client list is another. Admardi has worked with Sony Music, T-Series, Universal, Prime Video, JSW, Sarang Music, and Siddh Aushadhi, among others. Working across entertainment, FMCG, and manufacturing forces an agency to actually build strategy for each brand rather than reusing the same deck.
The influencer side is handled well too. The team runs campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and music promotion. Creators get paid on time (basic, but shockingly often ignored elsewhere), and performance gets tracked after launch, not forgotten after the post goes live.
Where branding comes in
A lot of Indian agencies will sell you ads or SEO without ever touching the brand itself. Admardi doesn’t work that way. We treat the branding company side as the base layer. If the positioning is weak, the ads won’t perform. If the visual identity is off, the content won’t land. That’s why their branding work sits alongside the performance side rather than being pitched as a separate project you buy later.
The whole thing, from the website to the creatives to the ad copy, lives inside one brand story. That’s what turns a one-time buyer into someone who remembers your name three months later.

Should you talk to them?
If you want an agency that talks big and ships you a monthly report full of impressions, there are plenty of options. If you want a team that treats your budget like their own money, stays involved after the onboarding call, and measures itself on whether your revenue moved, Admardi is worth a conversation.
Their work and full service list is on the Admardi homepage. You can also book a free consultation with them. The number on the site is +91 7696845820.
For brands in Mohali, Chandigarh, and across India who are done paying for clicks that don’t convert, that’s a decent place to start.
